Weight Watcher Weigh In!

I did it! I have lost 5% of my weight! Yippee! I am VERY encouraged and have my next small goal of losing 11 pounds!

If you are trying to loose, I know you can do it! Make sure to set small goals. Those "baby steps" will become leaps and bounds before you know it.
